The Fleshcult Patreon is finally up after languishing in Patreon’s mod queue for quite a while. And with it, a game update that lets me grant backer rewards such as cheats and ad-free play.
There’s no new content in v1.01 though. That comes in v1.02, where I’ll be adding the long-awaited Infestation Tome. I promised that in the original OffBeatr campaign, so I’m going ahead with that regardless of how this Patreon does.
So, will I start doing a big promotional push? Not yet. After I’ve got some new content to show people I’ll start sending out newsletter updates, but a little at a time, so as to not overload the server. I really can’t wait to have a client-side version. I’ve been making some significant progress on that front, and I’ll post about it soon.

I’ve been waiting for this two years :3
I know we have. : )
Maybe one day i’ll subscribe on Patreon, but i’ll wait to see actual non-snail paced progress. I really hope the author won’t drop the project halfway in its development, like many others did and are still doing, and that year and a half of silence are quite a deterrent. That said, i played a few times through the game and i was impressed how it kept me playing for hours, despite the small amount of content. I also hope the v2 will have more content with more options and customization, but be careful not to take a step longer than your leg, many developers have fallen into this trap.
Right, everything since early 2014 has been maintenance, not active development, which is what I’m proposing to restart.
I totally understand if you wanna see more concrete progress first. I’m working on it, but re-familiarising myself with the code has been taking a while.
Look, ive been playing this thing, and i want the infestation tome, let us have it
Holy heck in a handbag full of dildos and other sex toys. You live : ) i check back once a week cause I really liked this game. I’m glad to see you still around.
Nice, but I wish you’d add a skip turn button.
Happy Halloween

That aside I am still VERY excited to see that this little gem is being worked on again, after it sitting in my bookmarks all lonely for 4+ years.
2020 vision. Get it done.
